About Greg Hendry

Greg Hendry is a devoted father of five children ages 17-25. He graduated from the University of Notre Dame and earned a master’s degree from Cornell University.  He is a former Airborne Ranger and Captain in the U.S. Army.  After the military, he has worked in the airline and technology industries for over twenty years.

His books have been featured on EWTN radio and in various Catholic publications. Greg is a proud second-generation Serra club member, ambassador for GRN radio, and a featured speaker at Catholic teen and vocational events. He has had the honor to sponsor pro-life dinners and talks by Chris Stefanick and Fr. Mike Schmitz.

He founded fromHeaven Books after his first book, Mommying from Heaven, which honored his late wife, Allison, a former Medical Service Captain in the Army who passed from this earth shortly after the birth of their third child. Some of the priests featured in Power Priests supported him through the grieving process.

Greg and his wife, MaryBeth, are proud members of St. Ann Parish outside Dallas, Texas.
